OBTINE O PRODUCTIVITATE MAI MARE

  • Autogrederul 18 ajuta la reducerea timpilor de oprire si a costurilor de exploatare prin imbunatatirea functionalitatii, a economiei de combustibil si a intretinerii reduse. Componentele majore sunt modulare in concept, astfel incat majoritatea pot fi demontate si reinstalate fara a deranja alte componente.
  • Modul Eco imbunatateste economia de combustibil prin reducerea vitezei mari la ralanti a motorului, mentinand, in acelasi timp, puterea masinii. Modul ECO controleaza viteza mare de ralanti a motorului (limitata la 1.900 rpm in angrenajele de lucru) pentru a se asigura ca motorul funcționeaza cat mai eficient. Asigura economii semnificative de combustibil, in special in operatiunile care ruleaza de obicei sarcini usoare pana la moderate.
  • Sectiunea centrala de deplasare a cadrului frontal este realizata din otel turnat foarte rezistent, care imbunatateste distributia fortelor in aceasta zona de sarcina mare pentru o durabilitate sporita.
  • Structura cadrului spate este prelungita pentru a asigura un acces facil la componentele din carcasa motorului, precum si un echilibru imbunatatit al masinii.
  • Cilindrul de directie pe puntea fata a fost proiectat pentru a imbunatati durabilitatea si furtunurile hidraulice au fost dirijate pentru a imbunatati fiabilitatea.
  • O protectie fata ajuta la protejarea puntii fata de roci sau alte resturi care ar putea deteriora osia sau componentele sale.
  • Protectia transmisiei asigura o protectie din otel impotriva resturilor de pe sol.
  • Pachetul modular de racire asigura demontarea si instalarea simpla a componentelor in sistemul de racire care reduce timpul de service.
  • Usile carcasei motorului asigura acces complet si facil la motor fara niciun impediment din constructia carcasei.
  • Intervalele extinse de intretinere reduc numarul de operatiuni si timpii de oprire.
  • Ok to Start si sistemele de monitorizare a fluidelor scazute in mod critic ajuta la prevenirea deteriorarii componentelor principale atunci cand sunt prezente niveluri scazute de fluid. Toate informatiile sunt disponibile pe afisajul din cabina si codurile de diagnoza sunt inregistrate.

SERVICE SI ASISTENTA DE NIVEL SUPERIOR

  • Distribuitorii Cat locali se angajeaza sa va ajute sa performati, asigurandu-va ca aveti utilajul potrivit pentru operatiunea dorita, punandu-va la dispozitie piese si service prompt disponibil, oferind instruirea operatorului si o gama larga de instrumente de lucru versatile.

CONFORT SI CONTROL MAI BUNE

  • Plugul de 18 picioare si drept de 10 inci cu margini taietoare de 1-3/8 inci, permite operatorilor sa creasca acoperirea cu 12,5% fata de un plug de 16 picioare. Operatorul poate folosi un unghi mai agresiv al lamei si poate fi in continuare capabil sa tina brazda departe de pneuri pentru a proteja durata de viata a pneurilor. Unghiurile mai agresive ale lamei reduc sarcina pe masina si mentin o viteza mai buna la sol pentru performante sporite.
  • Puterea Variabila (VHP) furnizeaza cantitatea ideala de putere in toate angrenajele pentru a efectua eficient aplicatii diferite cu autogrederul, protejand in acelasi timp componentele structurii si ale sistemului de antrenare.
  • Cu o combinatie optimizata de greutate si echilibru, autogrederul 18 furnizeaza tractiune imbunatatita si capacitatea de a mentine viteza la sol, in special atunci cand se transporta o sarcina mare la bord.
  • Tehnologia de reducere a emisiilor este transparenta si automata fara a fi necesara nicio actiune din partea operatorului.
  • Plugul scarificator/scarificatorul spate patrunde rapid intr-un material dur pentru o miscare mai usoara cu plugul. Plugul scarificator spate standard cu trei dinti poate adauga inca patru pentru o versatilitate suplimentara.
  • Afisarea informatiilor pe ecranul multicolor/tactil este poarta operatorului de monitorizare a performantei masinii si ofera o modalitate convenabila de modificare a parametrilor masinii pentru a adapta performanta la sarcina curenta. Ofera acces la informatii despre service pentru depanarea initiala.
  • Cat Product Link™ Elite este profund integrat in masina, ajutand la eliminarea presupunerilor din managementul echipamentului.
